My name is Gilbert Cantu and I am an artist, creative director, graphic designer, typographer, photographer, digital illustrator as well as a bonsai master-in-training.

 

I graduated from the Art Institute of Houston in 1999 with a degree in Graphic Design. I've worked for several ad agencies and design firms in my 21 year experience. I've had the privilege of designing for awesome clients in the past and present including: Aston Martin, Victory Motorcycles, Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Radiology Associates, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, Freedom Fitness, Toronto Convention and Visitors Association, CHI Worldwide, Hilton Sandestin Beach, Kleberg Bank, Texas Eagle Ford Shale Magazine, Water Street Seafood Co., Colorado Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau, US Gold Firm and many others. 

Aside from my design business, in the fall of 2017, I began teaching Graphic Design at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi.
